Μου ήρθε με.. email ειδοποίηση από τη Βουλγαρία ότι δεν είχα βινιέτα και με έπιασαν οι κάμερες.
Κατάφερα να δω στο
https://www.digitoll.bg/ τις λεπτομέρειες για το τι έγινε αφού είχα βγάλει βινιέτα από το κινητό πάνω στα σύνορα.
Το.. χρονικό είναι
15:42 βγάζω βινιέτα και γίνεται η ηλεκτρονική πληρωμή από Revolut, έχω δηλαδή την ώρα πληρωμής στη Revolut.
Ξεκινάω και μπαίνω Βουλγαρία.
Ε και στο πρόστιμο βλέπω
15:53 η ώρα που καταγράφηκε.
Στα email βλέπω ημερομηνία και ώρα αποστολής
15:57 Δηλαδή έκανε καθυστέρηση το δικό τους σύστημα. Βλέπω οτι είναι 35€ το πρόστιμο, αλλά εμ εβγαλα βινιέτα, εμ θα πληρώσω και απο πάνω.

How can we appeal / cancel electronic fiche?
Electronic fiches for failure to pay road tolls (Art. 179, para. 3 - 3b of the Road Traffic Act) or overloaded road vehicles (Art. 177, para. 3, item 1 of the Road Traffic Act) are issued and delivered by the Road Infrastructure Agency.
The electronic ticket is subject to appeal within 14 days of its receipt before the relevant district court on whose territory the violation was established. The appeal is filed through the Road Infrastructure Agency.
The electronic ticket may be cancelled when:
compensatory fee for the relevant violation is paid;
he road vehicle has been declared wanted;
the relevant vignette or toll fee is not due for the road vehicle according to law or an international treaty;
he violation is for the lack of an electronic vignette and three such violations have already been registered for the same road vehicle within one calendar year;
he violation is for the lack of an electronic vignette and a correction of a technical error made when purchasing it is made, according to the procedure determined by the Road Infrastructure Agency, or it is established that this is a case of transfer of ownership of the road vehicle, in which the electronic vignette follows the road vehicle;
he electronic ticket was issued to a person in his capacity as owner or user entered in the vehicle registration certificate and it is established that the person did not possess this capacity at the time of the violation; after cancellation of the electronic ticket, a new electronic ticket is issued to the owner or user entered in the registration certificate at the time of the violation;
when an electronic ticket has been issued against the person for the same act;
when there is data on technical errors made when issuing the electronic ticket, which are relevant for establishing the violation.
The application for cancellation of the electronic fiche is submitted to the Chairman of the Management Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency. He shall notify the person who requested the cancellation within 7 days from the date of cancellation or from the date of refusal to cancel the electronic ticket. In the second case, the appellant may appeal the decision within 14 days under the procedure of the Administrative Violations and Penalties Act.
Upon establishment of violations under Art. 179, para. 3 - 3b of the Road Traffic Act (lack of an electronic vignette or a valid toll product) and under Art. 177, para. 3, item 1 of the Road Traffic Act (total overloading of a vehicle or overloading of axles) in the absence of the violator, it shall be deemed that the road vehicle is driven by its owner, and in cases where a user is entered in the vehicle registration certificate - by the user, unless it is established that the road vehicle is driven by a third party. The registered owner, or user, shall be exempted from administrative criminal liability if, within 7 days of the delivery of the act establishing an administrative violation or the electronic ticket, he submits a declaration indicating data about the person who committed the violation and a copy of his driving license.
Applications for cancellation and appeals against issued electronic tickets, objections to acts establishing an administrative violation and appeals against penal decrees should be submitted to the Road Infrastructure Agency, National Toll Administration, at 86, “Nikola Petkov” Blvd. or at the addresses indicated in the issued documents.
Applications, signals and requests related to violations regarding non-payment of due road tolls, movement with an oversized or totally overloaded vehicle or movement with a vehicle with overloaded axles, as well as objections in connection with paid compensatory fees, should be sent to the National Toll Administration at the email address [email protected].
