COVID-19 Vaccination Programme
Granta Medical Practices are planning to start Covid-19 vaccinations w/c 11-Jan-2021. The exact timing, however, is dependent on when we receive delivery of the vaccines.
Please note that we will be vaccinating in accordance with NHS England’s priority list. Further information on this can be found at https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavir ... s-vaccine/
You will be contacted when it is your turn for the vaccination. Please make sure that we have your correct contact information. Do not contact us about booking your vaccination before then as we will not be able to help you.
You will never be asked for payment for the Covid-19 vaccination and any text message, letter or telephone call requesting payment should be ignored.
Please be assured that everyone will be vaccinated. In the meantime, continue to play your part and abide by social distancing, wearing of face masks and follow hand hygiene guidance, to stop the spread.
Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst you wait for your vaccination during this unprecedented time.
