Toto Wolff in key Ferrari admission ahead of Spanish GP ‘game-changer’:
— Toto Wolff acknowledged that Ferrari could be among the biggest beneficiaries of the FIA’s new technical directive targeting flexi-wings, with implications for the 2025 pecking order. Speaking from Monaco, Wolff said:
“I think what we have seen is that Ferrari was probably most conservative on flexi-wings.”
“What it’s going to do on the pecking order is something we need to look at.”
“I’m not sure it will [change things], but another angle of curiosity and I don’t know how it’s going to go.”
— Ferrari team boss Fred Vasseur echoed the potential scale of the changes ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix and emphasised their long preparation for the new front wing regulations:
“I think Barcelona is on the calendar of everybody in the paddock with the new regulation for the front wing.”
“At least we are working on it for ages now and this can be a gamechanger for everybody, because we don’t know the impact on every single team of the new regulation.”
“We’ll stick to this (at Barcelona), be focused on this, to have the better explanation of the new front wing.”
— As Ferrari seeks to close the gap to McLaren in the Constructors’ standings, currently sitting 177 points adrift, hopes rest on the TD018 directive shifting competitive balance. Charles Leclerc, who secured P2 in Monaco, remains their strongest performer thus far.
— While Wolff stopped short of assessing Mercedes’ own exposure to the directive, the paddock expectation is that both Mercedes and McLaren could be affected more than Ferrari—positioning the Scuderia for a mid-season resurgence.

Early laps on Hards short Analysis

Russell and Leclerc lower on Top Speed, Norris mega in T4, Leclerc lost everything in T1-2 and equals the lap with Norris. Verstappen losing a bit in every corner step by step

Συμφωνώ με κάποιους που λένε ότι η Μακλάρεν κρύβει ρυθμό.

Το hard φαίνεται να είναι μάπα σε αυτόν τον αγώνα, soft - medium προβλέπεται η φάση στον αγώνα

Ναι δε θα παίξει hard. Κανένας δεν έκανε race sim με hard.

Race sim με hard δεν κάνουν ακόμα και όταν είναι το βασικό λάστιχο. Τα κρατάνε για τον αγώνα.
